At Organic Farmer Foods, we deal in fresh and perishable products. Due to the nature of organic fruits and vegetables, our return and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

Returns Policy

Returns are only accepted if the product delivered is:

  • Damaged at the time of delivery
  • Incorrect item delivered
  • Completely spoiled at delivery

Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the order, along with clear photos or videos.

Refund Policy

Once your complaint is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 working days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • No refunds for delays caused by natural or logistical issues

Non-Returnable Items

  • Fresh fruits and vegetables after 24 hours of delivery
  • Products damaged due to improper storage by the customer
  • Partially consumed items

Organic produce may vary in size, shape, and color. These natural variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or refund.
