Simple & transparent cancellation rules
At Organic Farmer Foods, we prepare and pack fresh organic produce soon after an order is placed. Therefore, cancellations are allowed only within a limited time frame.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
- Once order processing has started, cancellation is not allowed
Non-Cancellable Orders
- Orders already packed or dispatched
- Same-day delivery orders
- Pickup orders once confirmed
